Above you see four different bushings. The two on the left side are 1/2 bushings that are used in sink roll arms. The two in the middle are a closed end sink roll bushing. These two are also carbide coated to give the roll a longer life in the zinc pot. The bushing on the right is an eccentric sink roll arm bushing.
In addition to these slip on bushing, we have customers that we build up journals with Cobalt Alloy or equivalent wire. The welded journal is then ground to size.
